SQAD Expands Sales Force in Chicago with Two New Hires

Additions Mark Continued Growth of FirmFollowing Recent Acquisition By Clarion Capital Partners

TARRYTOWN, NY (June 12, 2014) – SQAD LLC, the largest independent source in the US for TV, radio and digital cost analysis, announced today the addition of two new sales representatives to the Chicago market. This expansion bolsters the national footprint of SQAD and its other regional sales teams in New York and Los Angeles.

SQAD, which provides media forecasting tools using information based on real ad buys, has added David Perlmutter and Grace Chatterton to oversee sales operations in Chicago and the Midwest. The addition of David and Grace, who will create new business opportunities and maintain current client relationships in the region, come after SQAD recently announced its acquisition by Clarion Capital Partners, LLC and expanded its sales operations in Los Angeles last year.

Mr. Perlmutter joins SQAD as Director, Central Markets Region, and Ms. Chatterton as Market Manager, Central Region. Both will be responsible for promoting SQAD’s suite of products while growing the firm’s presence in the central region of the United States.

David Perlmutter has an extensive background in both media and systems sales and marketing. He most recently served as director of strategic partner development at Mediaocean’s advertising platforms division, MBuy. He has a background in both new and traditional media, having worked for companies such as NCI Mobility, Viacom/CBS Radio and Student Advantage, all of which were based in Chicago.

Grace Chatterton brings a deep knowledge of the Central region to SQAD. She comes to SQAD directly from NPD Group where she served as a manager after creating and building the company’s sales department. Earlier, Grace worked at Nielsen Media Research in Chicago, where she was responsible for 11 distinct Midwest markets, working in sales of research and software to TV stations and ad agencies. Grace also worked as senior media buyer at Carat ICG in Chicago before joining Nielsen.
