SQAD Promotes Samantha Marlowe to Vice President of Regional Sales

Marlowe to Oversee Sales for Company’s Growing West Coast Presence

TARRYTOWN, NY (May 22, 2013) – SQAD, the largest independent source in the US for TV, radio and digital cost analysis, today announced the promotion of Samantha Marlowe to Vice President of Regional Sales.

As Vice President of Regional Sales, she will expand SQAD’s national presence by creating key relationships and new business opportunities in and beyond the Western region of the United States. Ms. Marlowe will bring in and maintain new agency, marketer and media targets, as well as continue to head SQAD’s Los Angeles sales & service office and all Hispanic and multicultural marketing initiatives.

Since joining SQAD in January 2005, Ms. Marlowe has contributed significantly to SQAD’s growth. She opened SQAD’s Los Angeles sales office and grew her territory to include all of SQAD’s clients from Texas to California. Through her efforts, SQAD has expanded both sales and strategic alliances across all of SQAD’s product lines, including Local Broadcast, NetCosts, WebCosts and WRAP. She also spearheaded efforts to expand and enhance SQAD’s Hispanic Spot TV database, doubling its Hispanic agency contributors and serving as a representative to the Association of Hispanic Advertising Agencies (AHAA). She has expanded SQAD’s presence in the Los Angeles media community, serving on the board of the Media and Marketing Research Council of Los Angeles (MMRC-LA) and as its Vice President from 2007-2010.

Before joining SQAD, Ms. Marlowe was one of three principal founders of Media Intelligence Group, where she led the Sales and Marketing effort. She also served as Director of Business Development & Client Services for TrafficStation, a mobile application developer providing personalized roadway traffic information via the Internet and wireless devices. She was previously Director of Client Services at FTM Media (an Infinity Broadcasting funded company) and started her career as an account representative at Media Revolution, a creative digital shop. Samantha received a B.A. in English Literature at the University of California at Santa Cruz. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and six year old son.
