SQAD HIRES DEBRA MEYER AS CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

Industry Veteran to Lead Unified Sales Team and Drive Strategic Growth

Tarrytown, NY (January 13, 2015) – SQAD LLC, the largest independent provider of global business solutions for planning and managing advertising investments, today announced the hire of Debra Meyer as Chief Revenue Officer and head of sales. Ms. Meyer will be responsible for generating sales for all cost forecasting, data analytics, and media planning product lines, including Mediatools™ offered by Workhorse Software, which recently merged into SQAD.

Borrowing from her twenty-seven years of advertising industry experience, where she worked in both sales and research roles, Ms. Meyer will be streamlining and enhancing SQAD’s sales structure. This includes increased cross-selling of products to SQAD’s 1, 500 existing clients, as well as expanding SQAD’s overall footprint among both media and advertising marketplaces. Ms. Meyer will also be responsible for the development and management of the existing sales team and strategically expanding the sales force.

“Debra is an exceptional business leader who understands every aspect of the evolving media industry, ” said Neil Klar, CEO of SQAD. “She is the ideal person to lead our sales initiatives and I have the utmost confidence that she will support our firm’s continued growth and serve as an outstanding member of our senior leadership team.”

Ms. Meyer has held several senior positions within the media industry’s most prestigious firms. Most recently, she was global head of agencies and accounts at Microsoft where she led a team of senior sales managers and was responsible for revenue across Microsoft’s entire suite of advertising products. Earlier positions include serving as Yahoo!’s vice president of agency revenue and development, vice president of demand partner solutions at PubMatic, and as senior vice president at Nielsen, where she worked for nine years. Ms. Meyer also spent eleven years at Grey Advertising, supervising buying teams and multi-million dollar budgets. She holds a BA in political science from Binghamton University.

The addition of Ms. Meyer is the newest chapter in SQAD’s exceptional growth over the past two years. This past August, SQAD announced that it merged with Workhorse Software, the global leader in advertising planning software. The regional offices of SQAD’s sales team have also expanded with the addition of two employees to the Central Markets Region in June 2014.  SQAD’s recent growth has been stimulated by an investment from Clarion Capital Partners, LLC, which will further expand the company’s industry leading media solutions and global sales presence.
